So for a few months I have spent so much time obsessing about getting everything done all at once , and not getting anything real accomplished , and as we all know how frustrating that can be ….
It is not easy for me who wants the whole house to be spotless , but feeling overwhelmed because I couldn’t accomplish everything I set out to do ..
I had to start with one task at a time…
Simple solutions :
- make a to do list,
- put it on the refrigerator where you can see it so to stay focused!
- cross off the task after it is complete
- Stay focused on one room at a time!
- Set up a timer
- stay within the the allotted time for each task
